The Dnipropetrovsk regional economic court has found the Zirconium Refractory Product Factory in Volnogorsk, Dnipropetrovsk region, bankrupt. Oleksandr Vozdvizhenskyi has been appointed the bankruptcy commissioner. The plaintiff is the Verkhniodniprovska united state tax administration. In addition to the tax authority, the list of claimants includes the Lysychansk Proletarii glass factory in the Luhansk region, the Dnipropetrovsk regional office of the social unemployment insurance fund, and the Volnogorsk city office of the Ukraine Pension Fund. The total sum claimed is UAH 21.775 million. The Zirconium Refractory Product Factory has been registered as a limited liability company.
