According to the rigorous EcoVadis methodology, which aligns with international CSR standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative, United Nations Global Compact, and ISO 26000, Stoelzle Glass Group now stands proudly among the top 5 percent of all assessed Glass Manufacturers by EcoVadis.

Key aspects of the Group’s decarbonisation roadmap include substantial projects such as a batch preheater, an electric feeder, and the installation of photovoltaic panels. Looking ahead, the implementation of an organic Rankine Cycle is slated for completion in 2024.

Stoelzle Glass Group’s CEO, Dr. August Grupp, added, “Stoelzle Glass Group is making substantial investments to significantly enhance the level of electrification in our glass production processes and maximise the efficient utilisation of waste heat. Our initiatives underscore our dedication to not only meet industry standards but to exceed them.”
