IMMMES: increasing production without disrupting daily operations

True innovation is not only about increasing production capacity, but doing so without disrupting daily operations.

After years of successful operation with an IMMMES DTP35 system, Belgian company AID Glass once again placed its trust in IMMMES, choosing to expand its water treatment plant to reach a total capacity of 150,000 litres per hour.

The project included:

  • Upgrade from DTP35 to DTP70
  • New pumping station designed to support future production growth
  • Complete hardware and software upgrade
  • Direct connection to production lines, CNC machines and washing machines
  • Modular structure ready for future capacity expansions

The most important achievement? The entire upgrade was engineered and installed with minimal impact on production, ensuring operational continuity while significantly increasing treatment capacity.

For IMMMES, this project represents more than a technical upgrade. It is the confirmation that designing scalable and future-ready solutions creates long-term value for our customers.

When a customer chooses to expand an existing IMMMES system rather than replace it, it is a strong sign of confidence built on reliability, efficiency, water quality and continuous support.

From 35,000 to 150,000 litres per hour. Growth becomes simple when the system is designed for the future.
