2 April 1998: The EBRD of the Ukraine has reportedly invested more than US$ 12 million to acquire a 37.5% stake in the statutory capital of the Ukrainian-Canadian JV AD-Zoria of Rivne oblast. The firm specializes in manufacturing glass bottles, according to EBRD Resident Representative Jaroslav Kinach. The projected capacity of the plant is 550 million bottles per year, a far cry from the current sum of 35 million. The total value of the project is US$ 40 million.
