Xinyi Glass Holdings Ltd. has announced that it plans to spin off and list its solar glass business on the Hong Kong stock exchange“s main board. The firm submitted a proposal about the spin-off to the stock exchange on 28 February 2011. The board has not taken a final decision on the proposal. Xinyi Glass is engaged in the production and sale of automobile glass, construction glass, float glass and photovoltaic glass products.
