Glass South America, now in its 15th year, came to an end June 15, 2024, in São Paulo, Brazil. The fair is the most important stage in the South American region on which all professionals related to the world of glass for construction and architecture gravitate.
A strategic event for networking
The event, which brought together the main Brazilian and foreign brands of the glass industry in a strategic location for networking and consolidating business relations, allowed Forel to host professionals from all sectors at its stand with a focus on glass processors and designers.
Energy efficiency and technological innovation
The targets set by the Kyoto Protocol in terms of energy efficiency in buildings can only be achieved if action is taken on containing consumption in new buildings and improving the performance of what has already been built.
“Insulating glass plays a crucial role in energy saving,” said Giovanni Quarti, Forel’s Export Area Manager, “and the production lines designed by Forel can manufacture insulating glass panels with up to four panes of glass and a maximum insulation thickness of up to 100 mm. Cutting-edge technologies for higher environmental standards is the guideline to follow in the immediate future.”
