VIP LINE is a solution based on 4 main systems:
VIP-LABEL
Performs the reading in line without contact with the product of the codes present on the wall and cap of the same, allowing the aggregation of the codes to the product in transit.
The acquired data are sent directly to the VIP-TRACK system for subsequent use.
VIP-BOX
Performs the reading in line without contact of the codes present on the cap of the canned bottles and the box code, allowing the aggregation of bottles and boxes.
The acquired data are sent directly to the VIP-TRACK system for subsequent use.
VIP-PALLET
Performs online reading without contact of box codes and pallet codes, allowing the aggregation of boxes and pallets.
The acquired data are sent directly to the VIP-TRACK system for subsequent use.
VIP-TRACK
It is the aggregation software installed on a suitable ServerDB server for the management and traceability of codes from production to placing on the market. In addition to automatic units, the system can also manage manual devices for creating and aggregating data by operators placed along production lines.
