Spanish glass company Vilesa (Vidriera Leonesa) has decided to launch an exclusion bid covering 20% of its capital in order to delist. The decision came as a result of the acquisition by Portugal“s Barbosa & Almeida of 80% of the company in September 1999 reducing the company“s free-float.
