Fully integrated into Verallias’s existing recruitment tools, the solution helps process applications faster and more consistently, while providing a modern, seamless and responsive candidate experience.
Beyond operational efficiency, the deployment has encouraged teams to strengthen key steps upstream: refining job postings, clarifying expectations, formalising role requirements and aligning evaluation criteria.
Since the launch of the pilot phase in France:
- More than 3,000 conversations have been conducted with candidates
- Candidate response rates average 85 percent
- Candidate satisfaction reaches 4.6 percent
