Latvia“s Valmiera Fiber Glass announced it will hold a shareholders meeting on 29 April. The AGM agenda includes distribution of 1999 profit, increase of equity capital and 2000 budget plans. Valmiera“s 1999 net turnover came to 13.5 million lats, up from 12.5 million lats in 1998.
