Visit the company’s booth at Glasstec
Glasstec 2018 is a special edition for Lattuada, they will celebrate their 40th Anniversary and will present a preview of all their new products in Hall 16 Booth E40.
First of all the Lattuada Robotic Solution: an innovative, flexible and high-performance robotic application, applicable to their vertical grinders.
The proposed solution consists of two edging machines with 11 wheels, a fully automatic glass size reading device and a robot to connect the two machines, one of which will be in line with a vertical washer.
The washer is equipped on the outlet side with a black panel with inspection lights to help checking glass cleanliness and several sensors: glass anti-chute on the outlet conveyor, automatic glass detection at the entrance and to manage various energy saving functions. Regulation of both speed and glass thickness is motorized, in order to guarantee a high washing quality on every thickness.
Aimed to all glaziers producing glass sheets of big sizes and great thickness, it will be also equipped with a motorized washing machine on the outlet conveyor (model OT 300) and a PC to manage all working phases.
All the models in exhibition will be operative and will work no-stop during the four exhibition days.
