In 2025, Devglass Group installed Softsolution’s LineScanner after the press on its insulating glass lines. This final inspection step gives Devglass in the SOVERISO facility, in Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre, France, full control over every finished insulating glass unit before it reaches the customer.
The LineScanner performs a complete quality check in real time. It inspects the surface quality of each glass pane, checks frame offset and Georgian bars, and detects butyl defects in visible areas. The system also checks the IG unit structure, including the thickness and the correct coating position. Nothing leaves the line without being verified.

This full inspection after the press allows Devglass to guarantee consistent, high-quality products. Detailed quality reports can be generated for each unit, giving customers clear proof of quality and full product transparency.
