Soft Tech and FeneTech join forces in serving the market

The merger of Compusoft Group Technologies means the inclusion of FeneTech into the business’ Window & Door Vertical, together with Soft Tech, First Degree Systems and AccessIT

Since being acquired by Compusoft Group in September 2020, Soft Tech has been on an exciting trajectory. Both Compusoft and Soft Tech shared a common purpose to be global technology leaders in the industry, which showed a clear business alignment at the time of the acquisition. This position was reinforced with the further acquisition of First Degree Systems (FDS) and AccessIT (publishers of the contractERP software) into the newly formed Window & Door Vertical of Compusoft Group in 2021.

In December 2021, Compusoft Group announced to have completed its merger with 2020 Technologies. The merger at the parent company level for Soft Tech means the inclusion of FeneTech into the business’s Window & Door Vertical.

As the business works through the merger of the 2 brands to create a new business identity at the parent company level, the Window & Door Vertical businesses will also be working together to position a complementary and comprehensive product offering to the global fenestration industry.

“It’s been quite a journey over the last 15 months for Soft Tech, working with Compusoft to develop the business’ Window & Door Vertical,” said Tyron Ball, Managing Director of Soft Tech. “We’re excited about working with FeneTech, along with AccessIT and FDS in 2022 and beyond. These new relationships will create more opportunity and accessibility for all of our existing customers, as well as offer full end-to-end solutions for new prospects in the industry.”

“At FeneTech, we are excited to be able to approach the industry with a range of complimentary software products in order to bring the best solution to our customers and prospects,” added Ron Crowl, Managing Director of FeneTech. “Although the journey has just started, the excitement level is very high as we begin to uncover the capabilities that collectively we can provide.”
