The supervisory board of the Skloplastyk plant (Siverskodonetsk, Luhansk region), the largest producer of glass fiber and glass-reinforced resin in the Ukraine, has appointed an outsider, Oleksandr Kutsenko, as deputy chair of the management board. The Skloplastyk supervisory board relieved Volodymyr Tokarev of the post of deputy board chairman of the factory on 20 January 2005. On 10 March 2005 shareholders of Skloplastyk cut the supervisory board from five to three members. Skloplastyk finished 2004 with a net profit of UAH 2.033 million.
