Saint-Gobain SEFPRO, a leading manufacturer of specialized glass contact refractories, has a current opening for a financial manager at its US Corhart Facility located in Buckhannon, West Virginia. This position is responsible for the financial control of the manufacturing business unit in accordance with corporate procedures and policies, working closely with the business unit management team, finance and IT organization. Specific duties of the position will include strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost accounting, IT management and business controls, as part of a team oriented high performance environment. Candidates must possess: * BS degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA/CMA is desirable); *5+ years of financial analysis experience, plant controller experience or other financial organizations experience, preference given to experience in a manufacturing environment; * A strong knowledge of accounting, including cost accounting and financial operations; * Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with know- ledge/experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) a plus; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus) as well as advanced computer skills; * Strong personal ethics and good leadership skills; * Excellent analytical and communication skills; * Exposure to international business and ability to communicate in French are a plus.
