Hagan served as chairman and CEO of Furon Company from June 1991 until Saint-Gobain“s acquisition of Furon in October 1999. He had been an employee of Furon since 1967, holding various positions of increasing responsibility, including general manager and vice president, as well as president and chief operating officer from 1980 to 1991.
