Attendees at Safety Glass Experts’ glass processing technical seminar will receive information on how to identify and diagnose problems regarding the critical points in the glass tempering process, as well as on how to make logical recommendations as to the course of action in order to cure the problems and improve production performance.
Safety Glass Experts will be holding a glass processing technical seminar 22 October in Düsseldorf, Germany. The seminar is aimed at personnel with good understanding of the discussed topics. The first SGE Technical Seminar will feature two programmes discussing tempering and gravity bending processes. The seminar trainers, Jonathan Barr and Mika Eronen, both have hands on experience and deep expertise on their individual topics:
Critical Points in the Glass Tempering Process – How to ensure product quality and profitable production. The presentation will provide the attendees capability to identify and diagnose problems with the finished product and make logical recommendations as to the course of action in order to cure the problems and improve production performance.
How to Improve Efficiency in Gravity Bending Process. This seminar programme will provide attendees the capability to make logical recommendations to the process parameters, production methods and controls that enable improvement of the gravity bending process efficiency using a single chamber or serial bending furnace.
Location and time have been chosen to ensure easy access to the seminar as it is held at the beginning of the same week as the glasstec 2012 show. The seminars will take place at Park Inn by Radisson Düsseldorf-Kaarst on Monday 22 October starting at 10:00-15:45.
