Safelite Group, Columbus, Ohio, has promoted Ed Sprigler and Rodger Pickett: Sprigler to assistant vice president of national contact centre operations, and Pickett to vice president of customer relations. Sprigler will be responsible for supporting national insurance and commercial referral programmes, while Pickett will oversee all external and internal customer relations functions. Sprigler, who became a part of the Safelite team with the Belron acquisition of Safelite in 2007, has been instrumental in customer satisfaction and Internet conversion programmes. Since joining Safelite in 2009, Pickett, who has more than 25 years of experience in the vehicle glass repair and replacement industry, has been involved in initiatives to improve customer experience.
