RegaLead will open its new facility in Vaughan, Ontario in October
UK-based RegaLead has announced that its North American subsidiary in Vaughan, Ontario, will open in October.
RegaLead Ltd., a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of decorative products for the fenestration industry, will open a new subsidiary in North America, RegaLead (Canada) Limited.
The company will open its new facility in Vaughan, Ontario in October. The operation will be headed up by Ricardo Figueredo, who has spent the last eight years as RegaLead’s senior export manager.
“Over the last 30 years RegaLead has grown from a purely decorative component supplier to become a global leading force in decorative glass, doorlites and coatings for the fenestration industry,” says joint managing director Guy Hubble. “We now do business in 72 countries. As a reflection of the growing importance of the Canadian and US markets, we’ve decided that now is the right time for direct investment in these territories and to put down physical roots. As our first directly owned overseas facility this is a significant step for us – previously we have operated solely through independent distribution networks. Ricardo has been in charge of our export operation for more than eight years, so he’s the perfect person to lead this expansion.”
