It had been in the air for a few days but the confirmation definitely gave us all a shock: glasstec 2020 has been postponed to 2021, June 15/18.
This important international window on the glass market, where manufacturers have the opportunity to show the world their latest developments, and understand market requirements; where ideas and creativity come together and create important opportunities, will leave a big gap, but the reasons for the postponement are very serious and related to the social and economic upheaval caused by COVID-19.
We will miss meeting with our international customers and friends coming to our booth for a chat, for a drink, to find out about our new projects or just for the pleasure of spending some time together, in the nice mix of different languages and cultures we really like.
We will miss our partners, whose assistance and suggestions are very important.
We will miss the opportunity to welcome all those potential customers who have never met RCN SOLUTIONS before, and want to find out about its services and quality products.
We will miss greeting staff from advertising companies, the press, and the Management of Messe Dusseldorf.
We will miss you all, but RCN’s premises will always be open for those who wish to visit us. Adopting the required safety measures, we will be happy to receive customers, and listen to their needs and share their production plans in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
If 2020 is to be remembered as a business year of transition, RCN SOLUTIONS “will not be missing the beat” and will work with the same passion and commitment as always.
