Ramsey Products, the producer of HyperlinkTM silent chains and owner of several registered United States trademarks for Hyperlink chains, has filed a legal action against Pennine Industrial in the United States fourth circuit district court. The action charges Pennine with willful trademark infringement and seeks appropriate injunctive relief as well as punitive damages.
