For R.C.N. Solutions, the production of one rotary bending system has been a big challenge, lived intensely. The company was ready to compete with the order for this project and was highly motivated: technical sources available, strong willing to succeed, and most of all, the perspective to make a technological leap.
Project, sourcing, construction, delivery and installation took one year, from February 2023 to February 2024.
The entire RCN team has been involved to follow all the steps of construction. Even people who usually have nothing to do with production got involved with the realization of the machine, checking progress every day. The system consists of four positions, loading/unloading, heating, bending and cooling. The maximum workable glass size is 4000x5500xH2000mm, with an overall size of 9700x12800xh3800mm.
This machine has been sold to Viraver Technology, international leader in safety glass solutions.
