Quanex Building Products Corporation, a specialist in components and systems that produce innovative and energy-efficient window and door products, has announced the hiring of Elena Kamaeva in the newly created position of European Business Development Manager for Eastern Europe and Russia. Kamaeva has over eight years of business development experience most recently as the International Business Manager for Vistage International, a privately held professional training consultancy. Her responsibilities included initiatives related to international licensing and joint ventures, as well as market development models and forecasts for projects in China, India and UAE (Dubai). Kamaeva also spent time as the International Sales Manager at Wesmar, a manufacturer of high-end sonar equipment. Kamaeva received her Master“s degree in Business from Seattle University. She will report to director of marketing and business development, Eric Jackson. I am very excited about expanding the international market opportunities for Quanex“s cutting-edge building technologies, as well as opening other avenues for growth, said Quanex“s new European Business Development Manager, Elena Kamaeva.
