PPG Industries“ aircraft products plant in Huntsville, Alabama (US), now has a new manager since the beginning of November 2000. Michael Morgan succeeds George Ellis, who left the company. Morgan“s experience and understanding in production engineering, production control and quality assurance, together with his leadership skills, will help him continue the company“s progress in meeting its quality improvement process goals, claims PPG general manager of aircraft products Bob Moore. Morgan has a degree in electrical engineering from Fairmont State College (US) and a long experience working with PPG, where he has held various important assignments in the flat glass field since 1978.
