Local business recruiters say the company could get property tax breaks and real estate worth more than USD 13 million. State officials said the project could get almost USD 2 million more in tax breaks and worker training if it meets hiring and investment targets.
Toledo, Ohio-based Owens Corning had sales of more than USD 5 billion in 2012 and employs 15,000 employees in 27 countries.
