NSG Group unveils visual identity changes

The NSG Group has announced a new, simplified image that retains the Pilkington brand name, while the NSG Group mark will be the single top level identity for the group’s operations.

The NSG Group has announced a new, simplified image for the company that retains the Pilkington brand name, while emphasizing the NSG Group’s position as a global leader in the glass industry. The NSG Group mark will be the single top level identity for the group’s operations. Pilkington will continue to be used as a brand mark for products, such as Pilkington Activ and Pilkington Energy Advantage.
Effective as of 14 November, a new image for the NSG Group is being introduced that will help employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders recognize that NSG is a single and distinctive company, while at the same time retain the valuable Pilkington brand name.
There are no plans to change the use of ‘Pilkington’ in legal company names, such as Pilkington North America, but when speaking about ‘Group’ or ‘Company’, this means NSG.
At the same time, Pilkington will be used as a ‘product brand mark’ to market products such as Pilkington Eclipse Advantage™, Pilkington Activ™, Pilkington Energy Advantage™ and other product brand names. A version of the former Pilkington ‘horizontal’ logo (will be used in association with the primary NSG Group mark in marketing material.
NSG existing product range, service levels and commitment to customers remain unchanged.
