Norman & Underwood, a 175-year-old firm specialising in the creation of stained glass windows has appointed a young design graduate as its concept artist. Claire Williamson, a design graduate from Loughborough College of Art and Design in central England, will be responsible for taking the ideas submitted by clients and developing them for the company based in Leicester. “This is a wonderful opportunity, as it will allow me to help restore a variety of beautiful stained glass windows and, at the same time, to use my skills to create new designs for modern projects,” said Williamson.
