Indonesian glass and ceramics producer PT Mulia Industrindo Tbk said it and its units had signed an agreement to restructure US$ 280 million in debts with 40 foreign and local creditors. Mulia has total debts of US$ 550 million, including in notes and bonds. The company said it expected to complete the whole restructuring once note and bond holders agree. It gave no details of the latest deal.
