Mazzaroppi in Georgia, USA, with Standard Aluminum

A Mazzaroppi glass tempering oven has been installed at the headquarters of Standard Aluminum, an American company specializing in the manufacture of glazed entrance doors.

Standard Aluminum decided to equip itself with a tool to reposition its business by offering its customers a complete finished product, including glass.

“It took me only a few minutes to decide to buy a Mazzaroppi furnace,” said an enthusiastic Robert Smith, owner of Standard Aluminum. “I wanted the most efficient solution on the market, and now that we have been using it for a few months, I believe I made the right purchase. If I buy another furnace, it will definitely be a Mazzaroppi.”

The model purchased by Standard Aluminum is a Mazzaroppi TP Compact 160, a compact oven capable of tempering 160 by 320 centimmetre panels, equipped with convection for low-e glass.

“Hearing that another company, literally on the other side of the world, has found the perfect solution for its needs in a Mazzaroppi furnace fills us with pride,” said Federico Mazzaroppi, Marketing Manager of the company from Aprilia, Latina, Italy. “Especially because it is an important recognition of our commitment to energy efficiency in glass tempering: today, Mazzaroppi furnaces can guarantee consumption up to 70 percent lower than competitors. An essential feature to take glass tempering into the future, making it sustainable for the environment and for businesses.”
