12 March 1998: Luxe Pack Monaco, which held its 10th anniversary fair from 22-25 October 1997 at L“Espace Fontvielle in Monaco, France, announced the dates for the next show, which will be from 21-24 October 1998 at the same venue. Over three thousand trade visitors, of which 41% from all around the globe (a 10% increase from 1996), attended the 10th edition of Luxe Pack Monaco, the luxury products packaging show. Among the 200 exhibitors who participated in the event were packaging, glass, crystal, plastic and cardboard manufacturers and buyers, as well as those in the perfume/cosmetic, gourmet food, wine and spirits, tobacco, jewellery tableware and fashion industries. Glass and crystal companies present at the show were Baccarat, Bormioli Rocco, Saint-Gobain Desjonqueres, Heinz-Glas GmbH, Verreries Brosse et Cie, to name a few.
