Libbey Inc. (NYSE MKT: LBY) has announced that its Board of Directors declared the Company’s quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 cents per share.
The dividend will be paid on November 24, 2015, to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2015. Â As of October 23, 2015, Libbey had 21,843,851 shares outstanding.
