After assessing feedback from visitors at glasstec 2014, German Horn Glass Industries has concluded that there are positive market developments. And this means that the company achieved its goal of customer satisfaction at the event, according to its motto “Innovation engineered in Germany”.
After difficult times in many parts of the glass sector, there are now, according to glass melting furnace specialist Horn Glass Industries, positive market developments. The Germany company could see this after evaluation of all visitor reports collected at glasstec 2014.
The stand of Horn was located in hall 13 together with its partners of the Container Glass Alliance. Horn basically presented its two business lines Container glass and Float glass. The new Horn subsidiary Eurox Sauerstoff Mess-Systeme GmbH”was also present.
Horn’s two exhibits on show – a burner showcase with the new Dualflame burner series 1000 and the new Dualfuel burner; and a fully-automatic adjustable burner holder, which is probably unique in the glass industry – attracted even more interest.
Horn exceeded the result of the previous glasstec show in 2012 with even more visitors to the stand. Moreover, the proportion of attendees from middle and top management improved once again.
Most important for Horn is the satisfaction of its customers because this is the basis for positive and sustainable growth. Horn achieved this goal with its exhibits at glasstec according to its motto “Innovation engineered in Germany”.
