H.B. Fuller Company has completed its acquisition of Henkel KGaA“s insulating glass sealant (IGS) business, it was announced on 9 June 2006. Henkel“s IGS business is now part of H.B. Fuller“s Window division and its financial results will be consolidated within the Full-Valu / Specialty Group segment. H.B. Fuller Company is a worldwide manufacturer and marketer of adhesives, sealants, coatings, paints and other specialty chemical products, with fiscal 2005 net revenue of USD 1.512 billion. Its common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol FUL.
