Glaston initiates lawsuit against Land Glass

Glaston has announced that it has started legal proceedings against Luoyang Land Glass Technologies with regards to patent infringement involving glass tempering machines sold in Mainland China.

Since the year 2005 Glaston Group has forcefully been protecting its patents and other intellectual property rights. Recently Glaston announced that it had started legal proceedings against Luoyang North Glass Technologies Co., Ltd.
In the meantime, Glaston has collected evidence supporting another patent infringement case related to a large number of machines and this time against Luoyang Land Glass Technologies Co., Ltd. In Glaston’s opinion, certain glass tempering machines sold in Mainland China by Land Glass infringe a Chinese patent owned by Glaston Group.
Glaston Group has taken legal measures against Land Glass and the competent Court has registered the case.
Glaston Group will continue to be active in protecting its Intellectual Property Rights globally.
