Software specialist Windowlink will be making its 25th consecutive appearance at Glassex 2010 and will have on show all the latest developments for the popular Focus software for selling doors and windows and Vector design-to-sell suite for conservatories, plus updates for the specially tailored version for Orangeries. Focus Instant and Vector Instant are pricing versions pre-loaded with “average“ prices taken from all installations over the last few years, giving customers an instant price based on tried and tested figures. By initially running the software and comparing the selling price with their own prices, users can then amend the profit margins accordingly, with considerable cost saving. Moreover, Windowlink has also added the facility for Focus to display prices for windows with different energy ratings simultaneously on screen. Managing director Giles Hayhurst comments: It“s still a tough market for our industry and Windowlink“s sales and pricing software can offer a wise investment for installers looking to protect profit margins by appearing more professional thus reducing or eliminating the need to offer discounts to win the sale. Glassex is a great opportunity for us to demonstrate the business benefits of our latest innovations “in the flesh“ to a wide and relevant audience from the UK and overseas.
