Also on display, Butylver TPS, a latest-gen thermoplastic spacer engineered specifically to work synergistically with currently available automatic applicators in order to obtain IG units with superior-quality warm edge performance, produced with the highest level of industrial automation.
One-part polyisobutylene-based with integrated desiccants, Butylver TPS ensures optimal adhesion with minimal permeability, excellent rigidity and stability. Robotic application of the warm edge profile by means of TPS applicators allows millimetric accuracy in IG units edge production, absolute parallels and extraordinary linearity, even in glazing units with asymmetrical contours – all extremely crucial factors, above all in the production of triple glazing.
