Uwe Röhrhoff, Chief Executive Officer of Gerresheimer AG, has informed Dr. Axel Herberg, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gerresheimer AG, that after expiry of his contract in February 2018 he will not be available for an extension of his contract for personal reasons.
