Fuyao Group Glass Industries Co Ltd, one of China“s largest glass makers, said it posted a net profit of CNY 110.96 million for the 3Q, up 0.37% from CNY 110.56 million a year earlier. The company attributed the increase in net profits to cost controls and a greater focus on auto glass production. Revenue was CNY 861.48 million, up 31.21% year-on-year from CNY 656.58 million. The company said the gap in growth between net profit and revenue was caused by higher financial expenditures. Earnings per share were on a par with 2004 at CNY 0.11.
