Fuyao Group is mainly engaged in the production and marketing of automobile safety glass, architectural safety glass, bulletproof glass, mirror-level float glass, automobile-level loat glass, high-grade silver glass and other industrial glass products.
Chairman of Fuyao Glass, Cao Hui (Steven Cho), said his company has successfully invested USD 200 million in a project in Russia for the production of automotive glass. The plant will put into operation in 2013.
In June 2011, Fuyao Glass opened a company with limited liability in an industrial park in Kaluga, with registered capital of USD 60 million. Total investment in the production and sale of safety glass made USD 200 million and is wholly owned by the owners.
The share of their products in international markets is expected to increase thanks to presence on the Russian market, with car brands Renault, Peugeot, Volkswagen and Ford.
