The Supervisory Board of RHI AG has announced the appointment of Henning E. Jensen to CEO of RHI AG with immediate effect. Henning Jensen held the position of the CFO since 18 January 2010 and was Spokesman of the Management Board of RHI AG since 21 August 2010. At the same time, Mark J. Eckhout was appointed CFO of RHI AG by the Supervisory Board as of 14 February 2011. Eckhout, 51, has held numerous senior financial positions in various telecommunications companies. He was also Member of the Supervisory Board of RHI AG from 2007 until 2008. With these appointments, the Management Board of RHI AG now consists of four members: Henning E. Jensen – CEO, Mark Eckhout – CFO, Giorgio Cappelli – COO Steel Division and Manfred Hdl – COO lndustrial Division and Raw Materials Division.
