Austrian investment management company Teos Holding has increased its share in Bulgarian glassware producer Rubin with the purchase of a 4.49% tranche, taking its holding to 94.54%. The Austrian firm took over the majority stake in Rubin in December 2003. Rubin exports glassware to Greece, Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia and Montenegro, Romania, Armenia and Moldova. Exports accounted for 26.73% of Rubin“s output for 2002.
