The Bottero S.p.A. product range of both vertical edgers & horizontal double edgers is designed and engineered to satisfy the requirements of small, medium and large-size glass factories with batch or just-in-time production. Bottero edging machines are ideal to process structural glass, partition walls, shower cubicles, shelves, balustrades, steps and furnishing elements; while providing productivity, precision and reliability to operate on multiple shifts, up to 24/7 continuous service.
Focusing on double-edgers, the Flex-Edge represents the first and unique platform for glass edging configurable in a wide range of glass sizes: from 140 by 140 millimetres up to 9,000 3,300 millimetres.
With the same approach, customers can choose their spindle configuration with the possibility to accommodate up to 17 spindles on each side of the double edger. This is including the numerically controlled finishing unit capable of grinding and polishing glass corners up to a 5 millimetre radius and 62 millimetres of glass thickness.
