Italian manufacturer Belfortglass has appointed The Glass Machinery Company as sole UK distributor for its range of products. Belfortglass S.r.l. was founded in 1971 as a manufacturer of butyl and thiokol one/two component sealants for the insulating glass market. In 1979, the company diversified into diamond wheel technology and, at present, Belfortglass manufactures diamond wheels for flat and round edge grinding machines, flat and round edge double edgers, bevelling and prismatic mirror machines as well as numerical control machines.
