US adhesive products maker Avery Dennison Corp. said it has bought Dunsirn Industries Inc., a US privately held custom label materials maker, and that the purchase should add US$ 60 million to its 2001 sales. The company said the acquisition would enable it to expand its label materials business into new markets. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Dunsirn Industries, of Neenah, Wisconsin, provides tags and labels for clothing and other items and has about 350 employees.
