Arc International and Experimental Glass Factory have set up a joint venture in Russia, where Arc is the leader in sales of glass tableware products, with 32% of the total market
French Arc International and Experimental Glass Factory (NEO), have set up a joint venture in the town of Gus-Crystal, the Vladimir region of Russia.
Arc has acquired a majority of the shares (75%), with NEO, one of the most important glass factories in Russia, will have the remaining. Thanks to leading positions, Arc International will be able to offer affordable products that are adapted to the needs of local consumers.
Arc International is the leader in sales of glass tableware products in Russia and CIS countries, holding 32% of the total market. The Group operates in catering, hotel and restaurant business markets, selling Luminarc, Arcoroc, Cristal d’Arques Paris, Chef & Sommelier brands.
Arc is represented on all five continents, with industries (France, US, China, United Arab Emirates, Russia), commercial offices (France, US, Spain, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, South Africa) and contact offices. In 2010, the group’s turnover amounted to EUR 1.1 billion.
