Year-to-date in 2026, the region has achieved significant improvements in Quality performance compared to year-end 2025, supported by advancements in Quality systems, process discipline, process confirmation and shared learnings across its production network:
- 38 percent improvement in overall glass and service-related Quality performance (YTD 2026 vs. year-end 2025)
- 19 percent improvement in glass-related Quality performance
- 45 percent improvement in service-related Quality performance
- Strong performance ratings and positive feedback from key customers
The results demonstrate the impact of bringing teams together around a common approach to Glass Excellence, with systems and processes that enable facilities to identify challenges, share solutions and continuously improve.
These improvements are designed to enhance operational capabilities:
- Standardised Auditing Systems: production facilities now operate with consistent Quality standards and access to real-time auditing capabilities, ensuring compliance and continuous monitoring.
- Quality Corrective Action Sharing: all production facilities access a real-time system that shows solutions developed by peers across the region. This collaborative approach transforms individual challenges into collective opportunities for improvement, enabling faster problem resolution and continuous enhancement.
- Electronic Quality Management System: deployed directly to the production floor to improve accessibility and standardisation, ensuring teams have the information they need when they need it.
- Streamlined Production Processes: new procedures to improve production transitions between facilities and for new product launches.
- Improved Supplier Management: enhanced visibility into supplier performance, issue tracking, and corrective action management across all facilities.
