10 September 1998: Guardian Fibreglass, a leading manufacturer of fibreglass insulation and a subsidiary of privately held Guardian Industries Corp, has reportedly made a major investment in the building materials buying market with the recent acquisition of a 50% stake in Builder Marts of America (BMA), based in South Carolina (US). Guardian Fibreglass is expected to leverage BMA“s business base with its existing fibreglass operations to provide the independent dealer with a broader range of products and services.
