The greenshoe option in the initial public offering by Italian container glass manufacturer Zignago Vetro has been exercised in its entirety, according to a note to the Italian stock market regulator, Consob. The option covered a total of 2,500,000 ordinary shares. Zignago Vetro made its debut on the Star list of the Milan stock exchange on 6 June 2007. The institutional tranche was oversubscribed by a factor of ten, while demand for the retail tranche was five times the number of shares on offer.
