In a mandatory disclosure to the CNMV, Vidrala said that the free capital increase will be charged to current reserves. The nominal value for shares will be raised to Pta 510 each from the current Pta 250 each. At the same time, the value of shares would be divided into three, with the new ones of a nominal Pta 170 each.
