Trosifol – A key feature in the new “Musée Atelier Audemars Piguet

Trosifol's next web seminar will be about laminated glass with structural interlayers as used in the Musée Atelier Audemars Piguet

In February Trosifol will organize a new web seminar about laminated glass with structural interlayers as used in the Musée Atelier Audemars Piguet.

The Swiss watch manufacturer’s museum twists up in a spiral that emerges from the ground. The architects from BIG and the structural engineers from Lüchinger+Meyer have created a sculptural building with an ambitiously demanding structure and façade.

Despite the severe loading and weather conditions as well as high demands in the glass surface quality the load bearing glass structure and façade has been developed with multiple layered annealed glass built ups. The webinar focused on the chosen materials and surfaces as well as on the project facade and glass tectonics.
